INDUSTRIA

A complete website for industrial repair, coatings and engineering distributors, with a browser installer and a full admin portal.

INDUSTRIA is a finished website for companies that supply, repair and protect industrial assets: repair compounds, protective coatings, engineering services, project references and technical documents. Upload it, open the address in your browser and the installer does the rest. There is no command line, no framework and no build step. In a few minutes you have the full website and an admin portal to manage every page, product, service, industry, project, article and downloadable document. It is built with plain PHP and MySQL, so it is light on hosting: a small number of files and no heavy dependencies. Security is part of the base, not an add-on. Ideal for distributors and manufacturers of industrial products, repair, coating and maintenance contractors, and engineering and inspection service companies.

About this product

INDUSTRIA is a complete website for companies that supply, repair and protect industrial assets. It covers everything such a company needs to present itself: products and repair compounds, protective coatings, engineering services, the industries it serves, project references, technical documents, news and careers.

The website installs from your browser. Upload the files, open your address and follow the steps: the installer checks your hosting, creates the database, sets up your administrator account and, if you wish, loads sample content so you can see a finished website straight away.

Everything is managed from a secure admin portal. Edit the text and images of every page, reorder page sections, publish products, services, industries, projects and articles, upload downloadable documents, and answer product and stock enquiries from one inbox.

INDUSTRIA is written in plain PHP with MySQL: no framework, no Composer and no build step on your server. It keeps the number of files small, runs on ordinary shared hosting and has security built in from the start.

Key features

Browser installer

Upload the files, open your address and follow the steps. The installer checks your hosting, sets up the database and administrator, and locks itself when done.

Complete public website

Home, about, products, services, industries, projects, downloads, news, careers, stock enquiry, contact, search and legal pages, all ready to use.

Full admin portal

Manage pages and their sections, products, services, industries, projects, news, documents, menus and media from one clear, organised dashboard.

Enquiries inbox

Product, stock and contact enquiries and job applications arrive in one place with statuses, and enquiries can be exported to CSV.

Security built in

CSRF protection, strict content security policy, hashed passwords, login throttling, optional two-factor sign-in and role-based permissions.

SEO tools

A meta description for every page, redirects, an automatic sitemap and indexing control help your website get found.

Ready for more languages

English is included. Texts use translation keys and the layout is ready for right-to-left, so you can add a language and translate it from the admin.

Light on hosting

Plain PHP and MySQL with no framework, Composer or build step on your server. Few files, ordinary shared hosting, and sub-folder installs supported.

Try INDUSTRIA live

To keep the demo safe, user accounts, system settings and file uploads are disabled, and the sample content cannot be deleted. Use "Reset now" in Admin → Theme & demo for a fresh copy.

Support

Every licence includes free support: 3 months from purchase for Single site and Agency licences, and 6 months for the Extended licence, which also includes one installation.

Updates are separate from support and never expire. Even without a support plan you receive every new version of the product you bought. Support pays for our time, not for the software.

After the free period, support requires a plan: Standard $149 per year (10 requests, first response within 2 business days), Agency $349 per year (30 requests, 1 business day) or Priority $699 per year (60 requests, same business day). Plans run for twelve months and do not renew automatically.

To get help, sign in to your coddesk.com account, open Support and choose New request. Choose the product, describe the problem and send it. One request is one issue, followed through to resolution. Support is provided by email, in English or Arabic, and you can send a request on any day of the week. Business days, used to count response times, are Sunday to Thursday.

Support covers faults in unmodified product code, questions about documented features and options, help understanding the documentation, problems introduced by one of our own updates, and licence key issues. It does not cover code you have changed, hosting and server settings, integrations with other software, or project work such as new features, customisation, content entry and migration. Those are quoted separately.

Whatever your plan: a bug we introduced in an update is fixed for everyone, and security fixes go to every licence holder.

Frequently asked questions

Licences and updates

Is this a subscription?

No. Each licence is a one-time payment and stays valid for the version you bought. Updates are included. Only support after the free period is optional and paid.

Do I still get updates when my free support ends?

Yes. Updates never expire and are separate from support. A customer with no support plan still receives every new version of the product they bought.

How do I get a new version?

Every release is listed in the Changelog on the product page, with what changed. Download the new package from your coddesk.com account and apply it as the product documentation describes. Always make a backup first.

Which licence do I need?

A Single site licence covers one live website or installation, for yourself or for one client. Agency and Extended licences let you hand the finished project to the client it was built for. Extended also includes 6 months of free support and one installation. The Licensing page compares them side by side.

Can I use the product for client projects?

Yes. A Single site licence covers one live website for yourself or for one client. Agency and Extended licences let you hand the finished site to the client it was built for. You may not publish the product itself or resell it.

Will I receive the source code, and can I change it?

Yes, complete and readable, with no obfuscation. You may modify and extend it however you wish. Please note that modifying the code ends support for the part you changed (see "What support covers").

Can I move the project to another domain or server?

Yes. Release the domain from your site's admin panel and activate the licence on the new one. If a genuine migration uses up your moves, ask us and we will reset the counter. Releasing the licence key is part of support; moving the files and data is project work.

Where do I find my licence key and my downloads?

In your coddesk.com account, under your orders and licences. The key is also sent by email after purchase. If you cannot find it or activation fails, open a support request: licence key issues are always covered.

Support period and plans

How long is free support included?

3 months from purchase for Single site and Agency licences, and 6 months from purchase for the Extended licence.

What happens when the free period ends?

Your product keeps working and you keep receiving updates. For help from our team you need a support plan. If you write to us after your free period, we still read your request and tell you the options.

What are the support plans?

Standard: $149 per year, 10 requests, first response within 2 business days. Agency: $349 per year, 30 requests, 1 business day. Priority: $699 per year, 60 requests, same business day.

Do plans renew automatically?

No. A plan runs for twelve months from purchase. You buy the next year when you want it, so you are never charged without asking.

What counts as one request?

One request is one issue, followed through to resolution, not one email. You are never penalised for replying with more detail or sending several messages in the same request.

How fast will you reply?

The times in your plan are for the first human response, not for the final resolution. A complicated fault takes as long as it takes, and we will tell you what we know as we learn it rather than going quiet. Business days are Sunday to Thursday.

Which languages and channels do you support?

Support is provided by email through your coddesk.com account, in English or Arabic.

I run an agency with many clients. Which plan fits?

Choose by how many separate issues you expect per year. Standard covers 10, Agency 30 and Priority 60, with faster first responses on the higher plans. Remember that support is for you, the licence holder; we do not support your clients directly.

Contacting support

How do I contact support?

Sign in to your coddesk.com account, open Support, choose New request, select the product, describe the problem and send it. Replies and files stay together in one conversation that you can follow and answer at any time.

Can I send a request any day of the week?

Yes, you can send a request at any time. Response times are counted in business days, which are Sunday to Thursday.

What should I include in my request?

The product and its version, your website address, your hosting details (PHP and database versions), what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, and the exact error message. Screenshots and log lines help us answer faster.

Can I attach screenshots or files?

Yes. You can add files to your request and to any reply, now or later.

How will I know you have replied?

We reply by email and in your account. You will see every answer in your request thread.

What if the problem is solved or I do not reply?

You can mark a request as solved. If we do not hear back, we mark it as solved and then close it automatically after a few days. Reply at any time and it goes straight back to the team.

Should I send you my passwords?

Never send your database password or your main administrator password. If we need access to investigate, create a temporary account for us and remove it afterwards. Where access is needed and not given, we cannot act.

I have a question before buying. Who do I ask?

Use the Contact page and tell us about your project. We will help you choose the product and licence that fit. Where a demo exists you will find it in the Live demo tab of the product page.

What support covers

What does support cover?

Faults in unmodified product code. Questions about documented features and the configuration options that exist. Help understanding the documentation. Problems introduced by one of our own updates. Licence key issues: activation, releasing a domain and moving to a new server.

Where is the documentation?

On the product page, in the Documentation tab, and in your download. Please read the relevant chapter before opening a request: most questions are answered there, usually with the steps to follow.

I changed the code. Will you still help?

Any modification to the source ends support for the affected area. We may ask you to restore the original file and reproduce the problem before we look at it. This is not a punishment: we cannot debug code we have not written. Everything you did not change is still supported.

Do you help with hosting, PHP or server problems?

Those are outside the product: hosting and server configuration, control panels, file permissions, PHP version, extensions, memory limits and execution time, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, email deliverability (SPF and DKIM), backups, and site speed under your own traffic. Your hosting provider is the right contact. We will tell you what the product needs so you can ask them.

Can you connect the product to another system?

Integration with payment gateways, ERP, CRM, accounting, SMS, shipping or any third-party API is not covered unless it is a documented feature of the product. Conflicts with another script, theme or plugin installed alongside ours are not covered either. If a third party changes their own API, that is not a fault in our product, although we will usually adapt to it in a future update.

Do you do customisation, new features or content entry?

Those are projects, not questions, and are quoted separately: new features, customisation, design changes, content entry, data import, translating your content, migration between servers or hosts, staff training, SEO, marketing and business advice. Ask and we will price them.

Do you support my own customers?

No. Support is for you, the licence holder. We do not support the people who use the site you built. Please handle their questions yourself and bring us the questions about the product.

Is there anything you cannot act on?

Anything on a server we cannot access when access is needed. Recovery after direct edits to the database. Security incidents that start in your environment, such as outdated PHP, weak credentials or another compromised application on the same account. Legal, tax or regulatory questions. Expired, revoked or unlicensed copies, including anything obtained anywhere other than coddesk.com.

Bugs, updates and security

I found a bug. Do I need a support plan to report it?

No. If the bug is in our code, we want to know. A bug we introduced in an update is fixed for everyone: if we broke it, fixing it is not a support request.

How are security problems handled?

Security fixes go to every licence holder, with or without a support plan. A vulnerability in our code is our problem, not a reason to sell you a plan. Keep your hosting software up to date and use strong credentials: incidents that start in your environment are outside the product.

An update broke something on my site. What now?

Open a support request: problems introduced by one of our own updates are always covered. Restore your backup if the site is down, and tell us the version you updated from and to.

Should I back up before updating?

Always. Back up your files and your database before every update and keep copies away from the server. Backups, and recovery of data that was not backed up, are your responsibility and are not covered by support.

Installation service

Can you install the product for me?

Yes. The installation service is $149 per installation: one server, one domain. One installation is included with an Extended licence.

What does the installation include?

Uploading the files, creating and configuring the database, activating the licence and confirming that the site loads.

What is not included in the installation?

Server provisioning, DNS, SSL purchase, content entry and customisation. You provide a server that meets the product requirements and the access we need.

Can I install it myself?

Yes, and most customers do. The documentation guides you step by step, and support helps you understand it. If you get stuck on your hosting settings, your host can help with the server side.

Orders and refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Within 14 days of purchase, in full, if the product has not been downloaded and the licence has not been activated. Because the full source code is delivered, licences are not refunded after download. Read the refund policy before you buy.

Can I use a copy I got somewhere else?

Only copies bought from coddesk.com are licensed and supported. Expired, revoked or unlicensed copies, including anything obtained elsewhere, cannot receive support or updates.

Where can I read the full terms?

The Support policy, Licence agreement, Refund policy, Terms and Privacy policy are available from the links in the footer of every page.
