How quickly will I get a response?
We reply by e-mail as soon as we can, usually within one business day. Complex requests may take a little longer.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
The product name or reference, what you want to achieve, and any requirements or deadlines. For support, add the version and a description of the issue.
Can you develop a custom solution for my business?
Choose "Custom solution" as the subject and describe your requirements. We will discuss the scope and the options with you.
Do you offer support after purchase?
Yes. Every licence includes free support for three months, and six months with the Extended licence. The Support Policy describes what is covered.
Do you provide installation and setup services?
The Extended licence includes one installation of the product. For other licences, ask about the product you are considering.
Can I become a reseller or partner?
Send a partnership enquiry with details about your business and the collaboration you have in mind.
Can I request a quotation before buying?
Yes. Describe the product, the licence you need and any customisation, and we will reply with a quotation.
Do you work with companies and agencies?
Yes. The Agency and Extended licences are made for them. Use the form to describe your needs.
