Do I need to pay monthly or yearly?
No. Each licence is a one-time payment and stays valid for the version you bought. Updates are included; annual support plans are optional once the free support period ends.
Can I use the product for client projects?
Yes. A Single Site licence covers one live website, for yourself or for one client. Agency and Extended licences let you hand the finished site to the client it was built for.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes, complete and readable, with no obfuscation. You may modify and extend it however you wish; you may not publish it or resell the product itself.
Can I move the project to another domain later?
Yes. Release the domain from your site's admin panel and activate the licence on the new one. If a genuine migration uses up your moves, ask us and we will reset the counter.
Do you provide installation services?
The Extended licence includes one installation of the product. For other licences, contact us and we will tell you what we can arrange.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of purchase, in full, if the product has not been downloaded and the licence has not been activated. Because the full source code is delivered, licences are not refunded after download.
