Who you are buying from
The products are made and published by CodDesk.
Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of record for your purchase, collects and remits any sales tax or VAT due in your country, and issues your invoice. Your card statement will show Lemon Squeezy, not CodDesk.
Any question about the payment itself, the invoice, or the tax charged is answered by Lemon Squeezy. Questions about the product, the licence or support are answered by us.
What you are buying
A licence to use a specific version of a specific product, delivered as a ZIP archive containing complete, unencrypted source code, together with a licence key. You are not buying the copyright, and you are not buying a hosted service.
You host the product yourself, on hosting you arrange and pay for. We do not provide hosting, domains, email, or any server.
Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are. Tax, where due, is calculated and added by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
Prices can change at any time. The price you paid is the price shown at the moment you completed checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate and electronic. Licence keys are sent to the email address given at checkout and are also available in your account on this site. It is your responsibility to give a working email address and to keep your keys.
Refunds
Because every purchase includes complete source code, a licence cannot be returned once it has been downloaded. The full policy, including the narrow circumstances in which a refund is available, is set out in our Refund Policy.
Updates
Updates to the version you bought are provided for as long as we publish them, at no further charge. This is not time-limited.
We may release a future major version as a separate paid product. If we do, your existing licence continues to work and continues to receive updates within its own major version. We will not disable a product you have bought in order to sell you a new one.
Support
A period of free support is included with every licence. After it ends, support requires a support plan. What is and is not covered is set out in our Support Policy.
What we do not promise
Products are supplied as they are. We do not promise that a product is free of defects, that it will run without interruption, that it will suit a particular purpose of yours, or that it will comply with the law of your country or your industry. Checking that a product fits your requirements before you buy is your responsibility, and a live demonstration is available on request for that reason.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that licence. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, lost business, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your obligations
You agree not to use our products to break the law, and you agree that you are responsible for the content, data and conduct of any site you build with them, including its compliance with privacy, consumer and tax law where you operate.
Ending a licence
We may revoke a licence if it was obtained fraudulently, if a payment is reversed or charged back, or if the licence terms are broken. Revocation stops updates, downloads and support.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published on the day you bought. Changes are not applied backwards.
